Technical Support Engineer

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Cloud management and operation (mainly SaaS used by all employees) - Vendor management (work instructions, inquiries, coordination, etc.) - Planning and promotion of cloud-related projects - Responding to inquiries from internal users related to cloud computing - Cloud-related troubleshooting - Communication with group companies and personnel (including overseas offices)
- Experience (1-2 years) in implementing, designing, and building IT systems (regardless of cloud computing) - Experience implementing or replacing SaaS systems used by all employees - Experience managing and operating Slack/GoogleWorkplace/Microsoft365/Attlasian (JIRA, Confluence), etc. - Japanese language skills at a daily conversational level
- Experience in automation of business operations using scripts, etc. - Experience in IdP management and operation - Experience with device management systems (Microsoft Endpoint Manager/JamfPro) - Business level of English (as work with overseas employees and overseas offices will be required)

Our office is located in Tokyo Midtown, a landmark in Roppongi. We are at one of the excellent locations in Tokyo, the office also provides an environment that maximizes the efficiency of each individual employee. In addition to the excellent location, we provide high-performance PCs and large-screen displays for our engineers, corporate staff, and back office staff. All employees are provided with office chairs that are voted on by employees. We also actively respond to requests for keyboards, pen tablets, and various types of software.
