Job Description

| Overview MoneyForward offers a variety of services, including “MoneyForward Cloud,” a cloud service for businesses, and “MoneyForward ME” for individuals, in order to solve various money-related issues. As we continue to add a variety of new products and new features, it has become imperative to ensure speedy development and quality assurance to satisfy our customers. While agile development is assuring speed, quality assurance in short cycles is still in its infancy, and we need to strengthen our human resources in this area in the future. | Current Status and Future Prospects of QA Engineers QA Engineers are assigned to projects and work with POs, PdMs, and development members to advance development. They mainly perform manual testing for accounting and tax return web and smartphone applications, and depending on the project, they may be involved from the early stages of the development process, including specification reviews, design reviews, and UX studies. Although there are not many of them yet, I am getting more and more opportunities to participate in scrums as a QA and perform my duties. In the future, I intend to contribute to product development by working with development members to reduce the ratio of manual testing and increase the ratio of quality analysis and improvement, development process improvement, and business efficiency improvement. | Responsibility - Development Process Improvement - Functional requirement and design review - Test planning / test design and execution / defect reporting / post-release review - Maintenance of accessibility guidelines - Maintenance of accessibility checks in the QA process - Promote accessibility to internal QA community - Improve coverage of unit tests - Ensure upstream quality using metrics - Automate testing using Selenium, etc. - Automate non-functional tests using chaos engineering, etc.

Required skills & Experience

Basic qualifications

- Experience in testing web applications or smartphone applications - Ability to read source code and create test cases based on it - 3+ years of development experience or 3+ years of test automation experience using scripting languages - ISTQB AL certification holder or equivalent knowledge - Bachelor's degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge (e.g., basic information technology exam) language qualification - English: Basic business level (TOEIC 700 or above) * Some projects are joint projects with members in India and Vietnam, so depending on the project, all communication will be in English, including MTG and text communication. If you do not have a TOEIC score of 700 or above, you will be required to take a test designated by our company during the selection process. (In principle, after the first interview)

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with various testing tools - Experience in automating UI or API testing - Experience in building/maintaining a CI environment - Ability to analyze logs and data to identify problems - Basic understanding of web accessibility (rough understanding of WCAG 2.1 Level AA achievement criteria) - Experience with accessibility checks using screen readers

Salary example:
534,000 yen per month (6,408,000 yen per year) to 1,000,000 yen (12,000,000 yen per year)

* Includes fixed allowances for 45 hours of overtime and statutory overtime and statutory holiday work, and 40 hours of late-night work.
