Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the creation of new business for the company, while discussing with the management team to "create the next 10 billion for SHIFT". ◆Why We Hire We will start investing in and developing 100 new businesses with the aim of becoming a trillion yen company. In order to become a trillion yen company, the DAAE Strategy Department is responsible for "creating services that sell and increasing productivity in Japan. We need a skilled engineer to lead the development of these themes and new business themes that will emerge in the future, while discussing them with the management team. We will promote the project in a short cycle from planning to execution, tuning and verifying the project for success. Required skills & Experience

Basic qualifications

- Lead experience in product development as a tech lead or full stack engineer - Experience in service planning, development, and operation (design and development of new functions and modification of existing functions) for the company or client companies - Experience in development and operation in a cloud environment - Optimization of development process, standardization of development, and development environment - Selection of architecture and frameworks

Preferred qualifications

- Experience negotiating with management - Experience as CTO or head of development - Experience in improving team output (code, design, production process) - Experience in Scrum development

RETIREMENT SYSTEM:Yes(70 years old)

- Monthly salary of 333,334 yen to 495,834 yen (including fixed overtime pay)
*Fixed overtime pay is paid for 45 hours regardless of whether or not overtime is worked, ranging from 86,800 yen to 129,000 yen per month.
*Overtime work in excess of the above will be paid additionally.

- For monthly salary of 500,000 yen or more (including fixed overtime pay)
*Fixed overtime pay for a monthly salary of 500,000 yen or more is paid as overtime when working on holidays or late-night work.
*Fixed overtime pay is paid for 30 hours regardless of whether or not overtime is worked, ranging from 95,000 yen to 237,400 yen per month.
