Department Overview The Global Ad Technology Department (GATD) manages the whole of the advertising systems that power Rakuten. We are a cross-functional and data-driven organization working together in a diverse team spread across five countries: Japan, Singapore, India, China and UK. Working with us you will be able to learn everything about Rakuten Group's wide range of services and huge data asset. There is a wide range of advertising systems and services for multiple services within the Rakuten Group to make ad revenues. Quality of system development and efficient process for development across the services and systems are getting important to make sure more business growth.Importance of horizontally improving team productivity by having wider view from overall to detail process are getting higher day by day so that team can focus more on system development and business outcome. In addition to this, it is also necessary to establish and operate rules to ensure quality in advertising systems and services for multiple services. Based on above our environment, we are looking for candidate who can horizontally improve development process so that our product managers and project managers can focus more on system development and maintenance operations. Position Details - Provide a standard project management methodology within the development organization by analyzing current issue, considering best solution, and getting consensus for it within team. - Establish and support the operation of a standard project management execution environment within the development organization - Establish and operate communication management/flow with business and development organizations - Support the work of updating meeting materials within the development organization. Aligning regular meeting operation flow with stakeholders - Coordinate work across multiple advertising services within the development organization
