The focus of this fast-growing Center spans Product Development, Product Management, Experience Design, User Research, Market Intelligence, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Innovation, Customer Success, Enterprise Business Solutions, and Sales. Monotype is looking for senior product leaders to help drive strategy, product roadmaps and business analytics to enable success of enterprise business initiatives. This role will require bringing together multidisciplinary skillsets to provide creative and holistic product leadership, including strong product management experience, technology expertise, financial acumen, agile scrum management, and strategy development. We are looking for team players and product advocates comfortable working with engineering, business stakeholders and customers. What you’ll be doing: • Synthesize and prioritize customer feedback, competitive offerings and new ideas to create product visions and actionable roadmaps. • Truly drive the Value Management lifecycle • Work with engineering to develop product backlogs, and help guide development and delivery to market. • Develop business cases and conduct analyses to determine product viability, ROI and feature prioritization. • Work with sales and marketing to align roadmaps and value proposition messaging with customer marketing and new business development. • Serve as domain experts for engineering, sales and marketing stakeholders to help drive go to market strategy. • Monitor customer success metrics for ongoing product optimization and ROI realization. • Assist with business development support as needed e.g. proposals, application questions, roadmap communication. • Work closely with internal research team to analyze markets, users, and roadmap market fit. • Follow competition and industry trends, as well as Agile/Scrum best practices and trends • Build and manage strong working relationships with the cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, User Experience, Customer Care, CX, Sales, Sales Support and external vendors needed to drive an efficient development effort for new Digital Commerce initiatives.

• 7+ years in digital product management experience, with strong business sense and urgency to achieve results. • Fluent in Japanese and English, with experience working in/ servicing the Japanese market • Demonstrated strong financial acumen and business modeling skills. • Creative thinker with a vision and entrepreneurial mindset • Experience working with analytics to drive product improvement and financial results. • Technology experience is a must, and the ability to translate between business and engineering challenges. • B2B experience helpful, consulting experience a plus. • Experienced collaborator and relationship builder, ability to work with different stakeholders from engineering to sales and marketing. • Ability to problem solve and work through challenges, whether driving difficult product decisions or leading internal change. • Detailed oriented, the ability to roll up the sleeves to accomplish goals writing user stories and epics or modeling analytics data.
