We are looking for a system operation and maintenance engineer to expand the potential of AI and build the No.1 AI company globally.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of AI systems that we have implemented for our customers. You will be responsible for the primary isolation of customer inquiries and failures. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Responding to inquiries from customers in accordance with the procedures, and reporting on the status.
・Collaborate with overseas development teams and check their progress.
・Measure and manage indicators related to support level such as resolution time, etc.
・Propose improvements to the product from the support perspective.

University of Tokyo, she has been engaged in research on recommendation engines, complex networks, and clustering. In 2005 and 2006, she was selected twice for the IPA Exploratory Software Creation Project, and founded Naked Technology Inc. while still in school.
In 2011, she sold the company to Mixi, Inc. after developing and operating middleware that enables the development of applications for iOS, Android, and mobile phones.
