We are looking for a Project Manager to work with the Project Management Team on delivering projects for the platform renewal

Position Details
As a Project Manager for the platform renewal, you are expected to
・Work with other Project Managers as a Scrum of Scrum Master to manage timeline of deliverables
・Through risk management, identify risks early and work with stakeholders to mitigate those risks
・Facilitate prioritization of tasks
・Establish and improve processes that enables better collaboration between all stakeholders
・Be a coach to non-Project Managers on Project Management and Scrum methodologies
We are looking for Project Managers with the following qualifications.
・A shared belief of Rakuten Shugi
・3+ Years project management experience
・Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders including upper management, product managers, engineers, and QA
・Strong facilitation skills to resolve impediments affecting multiple stakeholders
・In depth knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies
・Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and processes
・Technical skills needed to extract and manipulate data for project management including Jira Query, scripting, creating dashboards
Having the following qualifications will also be beneficial in your day to day operations
・Ability to communicate and facilitate meetings in Japanese
・Experience in Travel domains
・Knowledge of frontend and web technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript, React, Mobile Applications, Java, API Development
