Job Description
#Job Background・Details We have received many DX and Saas development projects from large companies. We have a hybrid team consisting of overseas and domestic engineers and we are looking for a project manager and director positions to help guide our teams. #What You Will Do ・Organize project requirements and workflow using Power Point, spreadsheets, etc. after attending meetings with clients ・Design interfaces and systems based on requirements and workflow using Figma, spreadsheets, etc. ・Assign project tasks and progress management (tasks management tools, various external SaaS tools)
Required skills & Experience
Basic qualifications
- On-site web service development experience (regardless of personal projects/work) - Experience designing with Figma, XD, etc. - Experience using spreadsheets to manage progress, data definitions, etc.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in programming and design - Experience communicating with clients in a business setting - English communication skills (Japanese communication with clients is necessary, but some projects are internally handled mainly in English)
