You will be involved in the server-side development and operation of the e-comic service "LINE Manga." Since its release in 2013, "LINE Manga" has grown steadily.

■Roles and Responsibilities
The team's role will be to use data to improve the accuracy of business-side decisions and to use data to improve products.

Specifically, the following tasks are involved:
・Support for analysis of business issues and development of marketing initiatives
・Design, visualization, and simulation of KPIs to support decision-making by each team
・Design and implementation of effectiveness verification of measures, campaigns, and UI/UX improvements (including A/B testing)
・Design and operation of ranking logic to be deployed in the application
・Operational support and optimization of apps using data
・Support planning new business
・Other proposals for product improvement based on findings from analysis, etc.

・Experience in data analysis using SQL
・Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
・Experience solving problems through data analysis in research or business
・Problem-solving and logical thinking skills to solve business problems
・Communication skills to work smoothly with stakeholders inside and outside the team

・Experience in data analysis using R and Python　
・Expert knowledge of statistical analysis/machine learning and experience in real-world business applications　
・Experience in project management related to data analysis
