Management of Development Projects:
・Conduct resource planning, requirements definition, quality control, post-release operations, etc.

・3+ years experience developing mobile (iOS or Android) or server side applications
・3+ years of management experience for system development projects of 10+ people
・1+ years of development organization management experience of about 10 people
・Development experience and knowledge of mobile application development (both iOS and Android)
・Knowledge and experience of configuration management
・Experience in developing and operating services used by large-scale users
・B to B service experience
・Domain knowledge of Fintech (especially electronic payment services)
・Experience using Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
・Management experience of outsourcing resources
