Department Overview
This role belongs to the IT Security Group within the Information Security & Privacy Governance Department. Our objective is to develop measures to ensure that our organizational data remains secure. While doing this, we often partner with other departments to advise them on security best practices.
Position Details
- Partner with our Corporate IT Department to secure our enterprise SaaS applications.
- Manage and implement CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) and email security policies.
- Ensure correct usage of cloud environments.
- Collaborate with our Cybersecurity Defense Department to ensure the security of Rakuten applications.
Required skills and experiences
Basic qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience working with Information Technology tools.
- Good time-management abilities.
- Proactive approach to IT Security.
- Ability to explain IT topics to people who are not technologically-savvy.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
- Business level English ability (TOEIC 800 points or more).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working within Information Security.
- Experience managing and using CASB tools.
- Experience implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Incident management experience.
- Native-level Japanese ability.
